I am new to writing online. In addition to HubPages I have a blog, called Ecuador Photos. It is just what it sounds like, a blog with photos of Ecuador. My wife and I (no children) currently live in Melbourne, Florida, but we are moving back to Ecuador in 2012.

I joined HubPages, and started my blog, because I hoped to make some money online. That piece of the puzzle has yet to fall into place! I am learning about monetizing blogs (I should have taken that step first), and now see that my blog was poorly designed to make money. I am having fun writing though, so I will continue to do it, at least for a while.

I am interested more than anything in the natural world. Topics such as fisheries, geology, the environment, birds, and anything else that has to do with the natural world interest me.

I enjoy kayaking, fishing, photography, reading, and walking. My pictures have been getting better lately. Most of the pictures on my hubs are mine.
